At Panic Sweets, product quality and care are our top priorities. All our treats are handcrafted, prepared under strict hygiene standards, and shipped with the aim of reaching you in perfect condition.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), online consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, pursuant to Article 16(d), this right does not apply to perishable goods or sealed food products that have been opened after delivery.
Since all Panic Sweets products are handmade, perishable food items, they are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right. We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place for health and safety reasons, as returned food goods cannot be resold.
Exceptions
We will gladly assist you in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or visibly compromised during transit
- You received an item different from what you ordered
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing photos and a description of the issue.
Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Δικαίωμα Υπαναχώρησης (EU)
Σύμφωνα με την Οδηγία 2011/83/ΕΕ για τα δικαιώματα των καταναλωτών, οι online αγοραστές έχουν γενικά δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης 14 ημερών. Ωστόσο, βάσει του Άρθρου 16(δ), αυτό το δικαίωμα δεν ισχύει για ευπαθή τρόφιμα ή σφραγισμένα τρόφιμα που έχουν ανοιχτεί μετά την παράδοση.
Δεδομένου ότι τα προϊόντα Panic Sweets είναι χειροποίητα, ευπαθή τρόφιμα, εξαιρούνται από το δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης 14 ημερών. Ως εκ τούτου, δεν αποδεχόμαστε επιστροφές ή ανταλλαγές.
