3. Payments
We accept online payments through secure payment gateways including Mollie (credit/debit cards, iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, EPS, Apple Pay) and PayPal.
All prices on our website are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your order.
Your payment information is processed securely and is never stored on our servers.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Cyprus and to EU countries including Greece, Germany, and the Netherlands. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
- Cyprus: 1-3 business days
- EU countries: 3-10 business days
Free shipping is offered for EU orders over €50. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.
5. Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, perishable goods and sealed food products that have been opened after delivery are exempt from this right (Article 16(d)).
Since Panic Sweets products are handmade, perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or visibly compromised during transit
- You received an item different from what you ordered
In such cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@panicsweets.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
